To Be, Do & Experience' Is True?
Q1) What Is Spirituality?
A: Spirituality is simply knowing yourself on
the deepest level. It gives us a purpose and a reason to exist.
It enables us to powerfully let go of fear and reach towards love
and empowerment. It also enables the ability for correct choices
and a loving positive application to life. Unlike a structured
religion that dictates 'control', this new way of being is effortless
because we are in synch with our emotions, our true selves and
our environment.
A spiritual life grants us the ability to 'own' who we are without
resistance and without judgment. Only then can we get out of criticising
ourselves and reach towards our highest expression and potential.
As a result of the transformation we are then empowered to easily
adjust those parts of ourselves that aren't creating the realities
that we desire.
Our standard society does not supply or teach us such skills,
and it is only via a 'know thyself' search that we can truly unlock
our greatest love, peace, wisdom and abilities.
Q2) How do I work on myself?
A: So many individuals have struggled with this
concept because they have only known life as 'something outside
of themselves'. In reality we have all been educated to think
in codependent
ways. We are in a fast moving time, of increased technology
and profound society changes. Our world is switching over from
an independent production market and 'me versus you' tactics within
businesses and homes to one of knowledge, empowerment and interdependence
(existing in trust and harmony with others). No longer do individuals
in firms and relationships tolerate being treated as 'a number'
or 'an object' to gratify another's self serving needs. These
old ego based tactics no longer create sustained or positive results.
There is a grave need for us to establish healthy trustworthy
relationships with other people and our environment. In order
to do this it is essential that we develop a healthy and trustworthy
inner relationship with ourselves. Spiritual empowerment equates
to identifying and understanding our character and making ourselves
our most important study in life on a daily on-going basis. Then
we can embrace the aspects of ourselves that aren't serving us
and change our belief systems and subsequent responses and actions
to ones that do create the life we desire. Then life with others
and our environment starts to work! There are many resources available
today in the marketplace that grant self-knowledge. Many books,
seminars, healings, readings and courses provide life-changing
liberation. This is an era where a great light has been thrown
on the benefits of self-mastery. YOU are the most important person
you will ever get to know!! To know a successful life you must
know thyself.
Q3) How can I change my life and other
people?
A: The answer is simple. We have 0% control
of the environment outside ourselves. Yet we have 100% control
over the thoughts, words and actions that we create. We have the
power to stop and create a 'gap' between stimuli and response.
It is not our job to change someone else’s beliefs or actions.
When we know that we are in control of how we choose to feel and
respond in any given moment we understand that we do not need
to 'make other people's stuff and disappointing life events about
us.' It is not the pain we have experienced that crippled us.
It is the choice to experience the pain that created our victimhood.
In reality no-one and no event can harm us emotionally unless
we choose to be harmed. Once we make the choice to stop taking
on other people's weaknesses, or events outside of our control
as our own emotional pain, we are well on the way to empowerment.
This is the power of forgiveness
and evolution. We rise from
victim to survivor to thriver.
Q4) How do I trust life?
A: In reality there is only 'self'. As pure
vibrational beings within a physical reality, we create all of
our life from an 'inside-out' perspective. We have always done
this. It is just that we are usually unaware that we are doing
it (hence the need for self-mastery)! The only necessity is to
trust the self. When we have established such a relationship with
ourself, we know what we are creating and have healthy boundaries
and self-honour on-line in harmonious and interdependent ways.
We are no longer reliant on others to grant us what we are not
granting or recognising within ourselves, yet we freely and lovingly
share the trust and support we create with others. We make the
journey
from co-dependence to independence to interdependence.
In order to establish whether or not you have created an
inner
foundation of trust ask yourself:
"Do I uphold promises to myself? Do I treat myself with kindness,
respect and integrity? Am I available for myself lovingly in times
of need and support? Do I encourage, uplift and believe in me?"
If you answer "No" or "Sometimes", it is fruitless
to expect that life and other people will consistently supply
you with these commodities. Your treatment of yourself is creating
your external experiences. Life is a simple system: like attracts
like.
Q5) How do I become more psychic and tap
into my abilities as an intuitive
and a healer?
A: I get asked this question often. If people want to be
a healer and an intuitive this is the truth of who they are. Their
yearning is their soul truth. Everyone
is essentially psychic. We all have a right brain. Being psychic
equates to trusting our feelings and intuitions and 'getting ourselves
out of the way'. This means subduing
our logical mind (ego) that is full of what if's, fears, doubts
and questions and stop trying to control things on an intellectual
level in order to start out-flowing our life from a deeper 'knowing'
level. Time and time again I have recommended that individuals
do self-mastery
courses with me before undertaking psychic studies. To create
the 'new' there is a necessity to get congruent with ‘what
is’. This ‘what is’ is ourselves! When we have
a healthy inner relationship and stop questioning ourselves we
listen to and trust our inner wisdom, intuitions and knowings.
Many individuals who have undertaken self-mastery first effortlessly
flow into their inherent healing and psychic gifts and their path
unfolds in a congruent manner before them. This explains why many
gifted healers and psychics who haven’t learnt to trust
and know themselves on an authentic level have had continual stop-start
results in getting their vocation happening.
Q6) How do I know that this feeling about
'what I want to be, do, and
experience' is true?
A: Many of us were not educated to understand that inner
yearnings, longings and desires are real. Our soul language (our
feelings) supply us the truth that our soul and the entire universe
will conspire to bring us if we can just get our fears and doubts
out of the way.
The Universe is an unlimited supply that knows no concept of 'lack'.
It has all the resources and mechanisms to deliver our desires
to us. When we start becoming the vibration of our desire we become
a match with it, and our healthy empowered beliefs create the
thoughts, words and actions that support our desires. We then
flow with an inner knowing of what we are manifesting and trust
the cues, synchronicities and encounters that are provided by
the Universe as vital links to deliver these desires. It all unfolds
naturally, excitingly and in an expansive manner. WE are the only
people that know the concept of unworthiness and limitation. The
Universal Energy system
knows us as magnificent creators and will always grant us the
reality of our soul desire, (it knows no other way to operate)
WHEN we eliminate the self-defeating fear and unworthiness that
sabotages us these desires becoming manifest. Every time we have
a desire our creation is already made 'real' vibrationally. It
simply requires our alignment to manifest it as physical reality.
How many of us have a literal vibrational warehouse stored with
all the good stuff we want and never actually live to experience
it physically? It is our job to 'emotionally match' these desires.
Then it all unfolds effortlessly.
